Kolodji Carpentry & Construction is a one-man operation run by Taylor Olson, a native Iowan currently living in Des Moines, Iowa. While growing up in the country, Taylor fell in love with skateboarding, which led him to the San Francisco Bay Area where he discovered his talent for woodworking at Laney College in Oakland, California. While still a skater in his free time, Taylor channels the same passion and drive he feels on his board into his daily handiwork. His striking designs highlight the natural beauty of the wood he uses and his craftsmanship is tailored to compliment the style and feel of the spaces in which his pieces live.
